......THE distinguishing difference between this current impeachment
activity regarding Bill Clinton and the previous instance concerning
Richard Nixon, is the difference in "philosophy" the Democrats are
now bringing to the table.

Umlike the Republicans, in 1973-74, the present Democrat crowd seems
NOT to regard the Constitutional "precedence" aspect of any
importance.....

Still.....when it was Nixon.....they clearly held a different view.....
