Hello everybody,

EMF might play an important role in the development of MS, but so does
nutrition. 

Sufferers of MS must avoid even the smallest amounts of gluten, which comes
from wheat, rye, oats and barley. Even such minute amounts of gluten as they
are being found in pills where flour, containing gluten, had been used as a
binding material can have disasterous effects on the patient.

A friend of mine had severe MS and after cutting out gluten from his diet
(mainly bread and beer) recovered so well that he can now do bycicle racing
again.
