It is not unusual for such "liability protection" to be written as a separate policy.... Similarly (it has been reported), most insurance companies are unwilling to insure the risk of law-suits on behalf of the telecom companies -- where EMF damages (to health or property) are alleged. I say again -- as I stated recently -- the insurance industry has (apparently) figured out that the potential litgation costs on this (EMF) subject are too high for that industry to provide any insurance where EMF damages may occur.... I say "apparently" because this is not the kind of information that is being made public. One simply has to "surmise" on the basis of many reports like yours.... My home owner policy (of 10 years) was canceled in August for superficial reasons. My new policy was canceled for no apparent reason other than they thought my home was a trailer, which it is not, nor does it look like one. My new policy is being issued and they want to add an addendum regarding no liability if we are sued for any reason. I suspect that my policies are being canceled because of the two towers behind my home. Has any one else experienced this?
