Getting the attention of our governments kind of reminds me of the 
old Ozarks question:  What do you do to get the attention of a mule??
Answer:  Hit him over the head with a 2 (") by 4 (")......

Isn't that the way of our governments???  You have to hit 'em where it
hurts -- hard!!  (.....I think the stock market might work better....
Let's watch the value of electric utility stocks this coming week.
After the Sunday Times story.....  Now THAT was a 2 by 4......!!!)

Rome, Italy  27.11.99  
In Padua in the province Venezia and in Calabria (South-Italy), sickened and desperate residents living near cell-towers have reached to drastic self-defense-measures and have exploded 2 cell-towers.  
The owners of those masts threaten the daily press with an advertising-boycott if they report on these actions because a chain reaction is feared.
