We received our copy of Tim Rifat's Remote Viewing from Amazon.com today.
(11/15/99) 
 I hope all of the people on the mailing list are ordering a copy.
Check out the classes offered in the UK at Paranormal Management Systems if 
you want an interesting perspective of what the United States is denying as 
an existent technology, and is obviously interested in covering up.
How upsetting!!
 
It seems that our age of Congressional representatives will be known as the 
groups who unleashed this technology upon millions of citizens with invasion 
of privacy, and who have only trusting feelings towards denials by 
telecommunications companies, and no knowledge of what the United States has 
been working out.
I cannot believe that no attorneys in this country want to fight this sort of 
thing, yet it seems so difficult to locate any interested in this.
