Dr. Bertrand:

I hope I have made it clear that I am only interested in publishing
papers which contribute to solving the EMF mystery.....

Dear Guru,
What an excellent idea to offer your web site to publish papes and /or
comments , suggestions etc.

This is badly needed and must not be under any academic control, although
academics can also publish papers etc..

It must be clearly understood that the sole responsibility re: whatever
is in a published paper belongs to the author. Attempts may be made to
discredit or damage the reputation of the web site by using libellous,
plagiarised, pornographic material, etc., and the answer is that it is
the freedom of the internet which is being upheld.

Any paper published must carry the name and address of the author, and be
dated and given a reference. It may be that eventually there will have to
be sub-divisions, e.g. physics; chemistry; medical; political, etc., but
that bridge can be crossed when we come to it.

However it is a good thing to have different disciplines able to see what
the others are doing.

Thank you for your generous support, we are really tired of original and
other work being suppressed.

Did you know the The General Accounting Study of FDA Officials, 1975,
gave the following facts: 1). 37 of 49 top officials of the FDA who left
the agency, moved into high corporate positions with the large companies
they had regulated. 150 FDA officials own stock in the companies they
sre supposed to regulate.

Your's sincerely,
Frank Bertrand.
