I am writing form Eldorado Springs, CO. We are facing a situation that you
need to know about. I know that you are familiar with the Lookout Mtn
situation that Deb Carney has faithfully reported in your forum, ... well
it seems that the solution to their problem would be that Pinnacle Towers
of Sarasota Florida would rezone Eldorado Mtn, just south of our community,
Eldorado Springs, to enable a consolidation site to relocate all existing
and proposed telecommunications facilities to Eldorado Mtn. It's truly a
case where one community is happy to see their problem shifted to someone
else's backyard. Eldorado Mtn happens to be located in the north of
Jefferson County and on the county line with Boulder County. ...

I recently visited Lookout Mtn and I was shocked to see the houses built
right next to towers, and I know that the county was a poor planner in
allowing the towers and residences to built in such close proximity, but in
some sense the people who live there are alos to blame because they chose
to live i n an area where the county was allowing towers to be built.
Somoene is actually building a big new house in the shadow of one of the
monsters. My impression is that this person thinks the towers will be
moved, otherwise why would they build a new house in an area with such an
existing health risk, ... 

Well, I don't want to go into too many details here, but do you know where
I can find published notice of FCC and EPA standards for EM raddiation?
