Hi Roy,
We live on a hill with three different areas of homesites graduating
into a canyon.

The leaves are falling from the trees and I cannot believe my eyes
today.  Wires are everywhere!  The TOPS of  huge new powerlines  are at
ground level for most of our neighbors. 

I would think that this would be hazardous to all of us?  What kind of
equipment do we need to test the area?

I also think that this would be worse than living  UNDER the lines?
