Roy:  FYI----Mays Swicord, former head of CDRH at the FDA, and now with
Motorola, had been campaigning very hard to get the FDA involved in RFR
research and oversight.  And why not---Russ Owens, who now heads the CDRH
and who will oversee the RFR program, was Swicord's handpicked replacement.
You can't tell me about the link between the FDA and industry!

Please, as usual, do not name me as source.
