Hello once again Roy.

Well the hearings for the bid for the 3rd network in SA are under way and
SATRA (the South African Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) are
asking all the right questions... eg: -

With the adsence of certainty regarding the safety of cell phones, what
will your company do to protect the consumer?

Do you agree that the Precautioanry Principal applies, regardless of the
fact that there is no conclusive evidence either way? How do you intend
to impliment this?

Do you believe the consumer should be informed about the amount of
radiation emiting from the various models?

I sat in on one hearing for Khuluma 084 - they promised to print the
radiation levels on the various models based on Kusters tests, promised
to spend a healthy sum of money into research etc. We (at Radiation
Cellutions) have been requested to not be in communication with any of
the bidders as it would be an unfare advantage. The public hearings are
next week -where we will present and policy will be written after that.I
just wish I had Alasdair Philips and Dr. Cherry attending, but so far
SATRA have not committed to the expenses involved.
