Delighted to hear from you!!  I am sending this to the entire EMF-L
list so that everyone may know of your return -- and your escape from
the ravages of the war in Yugoslavia.....  Many of our readers will
remember you, I am sure.

Much has changed in my operation, too!!  Be sure you check out my new
web-site.....  Very interesting message "current messages" -- added just
last night:  about Dr. George Carlo, from Australia......

(When I hear "Montenegro,"  I always think of that marvelous lyric opera,

after months of absence from your list, I am happy to inform you that I
moved with my family to Montenegro (namely Adriatic town Budva), where we
all feel very well. I don't have much plans for the future, but what is
determined is my new email address: pecina@cg.yu
I would be happy to resume the contact with you and receive the mail from
your list again.
By the way, I would probably have an article on mobile phones / health
printed here in a respectable Montenegrin magazine in next weeks, on
request of the editor... That issue is completely new here.
