Dear guru and all,

in Germany a court-case was won in September 2000: a mobile-phone base
station has to stop immediately his work due to this court-decision due
to the probable health effects, the limit values of the 26. BImSchV were
critised as well as ICNIRP and WHO as organisations doing no research at
all and legitimated to erect limit values by themselves.

I have the whole textes of the case, I spook with the advocate and he is
sure that in the second instance this decision canot fall down.

We need somebody to translate and to whom I can send the 50 pages by fax
(I have the documents only by fax),
and we have to reproduce this case everywhere.
