Dear Roy Hello there. My name is Georgina Thornell and I reside in South Africa. I am
currently involved in objecting to a cellphone tower going up in a school in my
neighbourhood. The Chairman of the school's governing body wrote a letter to the editor
of a local newspaper and referred to the following quote made byDr. John E. Moulder,
Professor of Radiation Oncology, Medical College of Wisconsin :"The consensus of the
scientific community, both in the USA and internationally, is that the power from these
base stations is far too low to produce health hazards as long as people are kept away
from direct access to the antennas." From the limited knowledge that I have, I believe
cellphone towers are a hazard. My question to you is this then - how credible are Dr.
Moulder's findings? I would be grateful for any assistance you can give me. In fact, if
you have any references to research done that will confirm that cellphone towers are a
hazard, I would greatly appreciate them for use as ammunition. Thank you for your time and
trouble. Kind Regards. Georgina.
