Subject: AHA Court Date - further delays?

We have had several inquiries recently about the status of the regulatory
challenge by AHA, the Cellular Phone Task Force and the Communications
Workers of America in the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit, New
York.  Just today, we received an indication that the "tentative date" of
Novmeber 2, we were most recently informed of may be moved to the week of
November 30th.  A possible expalnation for this change is that other
requests for expedited hearings are edging our request out.  Our attorneys
are seeking confirmation of a firm court date.  

This information may help explain why the case has not been heard yet.
Anything behond this type of statement is pure speculation, at this point.
We are all hopeful that we can get this case through and can obtain a
favorable judicial opinion as soon as possible.
