A true story:
My step-daughter works part time at our village primary school.
At the school (a 'church' school) the local Anglican Bishop was 
coming to visit.
The teacher drilled the children: "Please remember, the correct way to
address the Bishop is to start by saying 'My Lord, ..........'"

The Bishop entered one class and talked to a boy.
"And now, my young fellow, how old are you?"

The little boy, somewhat over-awed by the man and his regalia, answered:
"My God, I'm six"
