Hi Roy 

the damage to the eyes was one early established microwave hazard
especially with the frequencies around 800 MHz (Cellphones)
Already in the 70s the researchers warned about this problem
and pointed out that the damage is cumulative - (building up)
as I have explicitly pointed out in my writings.

You write today  that -  after NIEHS - NOW the people will know,
 what science knew for a long time  - nearly 30 years  - except 
nobody besides a few suffering sensitives  now wants to know.

The real question is why - with such a long known hazard - the 
proliferation of microwaves is still continuing even exploding.
The real issue - the driving force behind it -  seems to be totally 
different than the publicly proclaimed need and convenience of modern 
telecommunications.

 The possible use of all this networks for political control of the 
people seems the only reasonable explanation ( see the EU paper a.o.) 
why all countries support this technology even use space based 
(difficult to dismantle ) distribution per satellite  - we the people 
again are not informed about the real issue.

The personal implant chip is already tested  and ready for use
- see the openly  held international  conference on the issue.
( it was allegedly field tested on children in Florida)

WHY does nobody  take notice - again ?????????????
Your Teddybear/children scenario only masks the real issue 
the total "network" interconnection and subsequent CONTROL of 
future mankind - aiming at the children today - luring them with 
toys and play into the cyborg world. 

If this sounds too  phantastic or SciFi it is time to wake up,
science has long surpassed the publicly perceived reality.

But then again who takes notice of the few who speak out today ?
Nobody took notice or publicly warned about the findings  in 
regards to microwave hazards - despite it was told by nearly all the 
scientists at the time  in  research papers - a generation ago.
( see my references)

Especially the "free" US has to ask why  the "public" information 
system with  all the BIG news media there does not report - even 
today - on these issues. 
How and why did they become a part of the "problem"????

and this was around  the same time the microwave hazards were known.
The answer to the question so often asked on your network is 
many scientists still think they have lots to loose .....
