Underground cables cost considerably more than overhead lines but they do
present the opportunity to decrease the levels of electromagnetic fields
significantly if configured properly.

I would suggest you submit your query to the EMF-L mailing list (using the
form on the Bridlewood EMF Information Service web site or by email to
rbeavers@llion.org) where a number of experts may be able to help you.

Please keep me informed as I would like to include your struggle in the
EMF Struggles Around the World section of the Bridlewood website - if you
wish to write a few paragraph summary I can include it in the section.
