Subject: Lexington, MA Cell Antenna in Follen Church

Dear Roy,

Nextel is moving ahead with the installation of  cellular antennas
within the steeple of Follen Church (Unitarian Universalist), which is
next to neighbors, and a K-12 school. Does anyone have information about
legislation which requires property owners to be liable for damages
(health effects down the line) instead of the telecommunications
company? We can't remember where we saw it. Was it SB800? Was that ever
voted on?

We have some info on a UU chrch in California that got out of its
contract. Does anyone have anything new?
