Dear Roy,
	Update on our case.  We hired and presented two experts at our 10th
zoning meeting since January: an appraiser and a planner to fight
against the proposed Sprint tower in our residential neighborhood.  The
appraiser used 3 matched pairs to prove property devaluation from high
tension wires and stated that cell towers are essentially the same, both
being "external obsolescence" resulting in property devaluation. The
appraiser could not find a cell tower in a residential neighborhood to
use in his study. Our board wants him to Specifically find evidence that
cell towers and high tension wires are essentially the same. Is there a
case of proven property devaluation resulting specifically from cell
towers?  Can you help us?
