Dear Roy,
the situation in Italy in not always as Alain show.
I've personally writed for some town new regulations for installation of gsm repeaters;
the main items are:
* indoor value of electromagnetic field 0,6 V/m
* the value of the electromagnetic field has to be determined by spectrum analyzer in
modality "max hold" considering all the frequency in the range of cellular repeaters
