Thereīs no end about the scandal of Schwarzenburg
The telecommunications industry wants to forget Schwarzenburg as quickly as possible.
Schwarzenburg had showed with shocking clearness, that the most praised limits in the
HF-field are completely unsuitable, because they are protecting the industry instead of
the people. The population of Schwarzenburg had got to the bottom of this Hokus-Pokus,
thanks to the help of some courageous engineers and technicians, and they have forced the
break-down of the short-wave-transmitter of Radio-International without compensation. The
population also could not be impressed by the exercise-landing of anti-terror-units by
high-capacity-helikopters. At 29. 3. 1998 at 01.03 the lights of the transmitter
definitively were switched off.
The very beginning of the short-wave-transmitter Schwarzenburg goes back to 1938. At this
time the installed wattage was 15kW and it was intensified during the following decades to
1200 kW. The quantum raising followed at the beginning of the "cold war", at the beginning
of the 1950s, when the giant directional antennas with 3 fences of a length to 3500 meters
and to 120 meters high were constructed.
Herewith we can understand also the evidence of the political importance of this
transmitter. The emissions of the Swiss-Radio-International were – Eastern-Europe
excepted – appointed mainly for the non-European territories. Until to the end of
1944 the news and comments about operations of Hitlerīs army were reserved and strictly
controlled, but this changed abruptly, when it was sure, who will win the war. To be still
up to date in radiophonical and political way, it was necessary to pull up to the level of
the Western propaganda transmitters. The transmitter was managed in order of the
government by Swisscom, alias Telecom alias PTT (further called
telecommunication-companies)
Transmitted was by directional antennas with extremely sharp focusing rays in exactly
defined directions at defined times of the day resp. night.
The 5 main-emission-rays were working normally at the following terms:
Far-Eastern 65 ° 10.00 - 17.00 h Near-Eastern 125° 17.00 – 20.00 h
Africa 185 ° 07.00 – 10.00 h and 20.00 – 23.00 h
South America 245 ° 23.00 – 01.00 h Northern America 305° 01.00 – 07.00 h
The short wave uses the ionosphere-reflection, which ist with an extreme loss . Therefore
it has to be emitted with an intensity, which cannot be obtained by the other
telecommunication.
The short wave radiation is emitted horizontal. It doesīnt follow the earth curvature and
rises up to the ionosphere. The ionosphere is an electrical conducting sphere in a
distance of 250 – 400 to the earth and it is reflecting the ray (angle of incidence
= angle of reflection) back to the surface of the earth. The surface of the earth again is
reflecting back to the ionosphere. So it is possible, to get by some jumps of a length of
3000 – 6000 km, to continents far away. Because of the earth curvature the emitting
ray of Schwarzenburg has a gradient angle of only 6°. In big distance to ionosphere this
one could electrically be heighten in case of needs by max. 11 ° This gradient angle, also
called elevation, was not able to climb over the range of hills in a careful way. 40 % of
the emitted power remained hanging between the hills of this landscape. The so ray treated
population was complaining for many years about heavy health problems, like extreme
numerous cases of cancer, deformities and miscarriages, depressions and suicides.
The author of this report has been living in the direct neighbourhood to this population
and wrote down his observations and experiences in different publications. During the last
10 years he used measuring instruments of the value of about 25 000 sfr. and because of
this, he has got thousands of measuring results und has discussed with hundreds of
afflicted people. By this activity, the Swiss Government Protection was not amused at all,
and because of this there was arranged a not exceeded supervising by telefone and
wireless, an observation, an engagement of informers and travelling preachers, who had to
inform the population, that all, what was told about injuries of health, initiated by
rays, only was sowjetic propaganda and the author a well educated KGB-agent.
With the end of the "cold war" also the practices of the Swiss Government Protection were
unmasked, and the population began, to organize the opposition against the transmitter. At
first by a petition to minister Ogi, the former Chief of the transmitter-operators, to go
ahead finally with a scientic study about the situation near the transmitter, and later,
when the cheating of this study was known, in the organisation Schok = "Schwarzenburg ohne
Kurzwellensender" (= Schwarzenburg without short wave transmitter)
The science had played a dusky part during the health investigations. Even today it is not
clear, if the scientists international chipped in at these cheatings or if they were led
by the nose by the members of the telecommunication companies and technocrates, who were
over- represented in all the groups of studies.
But it is sure, that the main edition from August 1995 was an ordered study, payed by the
telekommunication companies. Typical is also, that the 150page edition was available only
in English, because of the afflicted people only about 0,5% can understand a little bit
English and the telecommunication companies published only a palliative short edition in
German. There is an insistent warning to use this short edition. Even in the English
version you have to read "between the lines".
Just even the concept of this study shows a great cheaping. While it was generally known,
that there existed 5 main emitting rays , they made a circle around the antenna with a
radius of 1 km (zone A) and the population living in it, was charakterized as strong
exposed, the population inside the circle of a 2-km radius as medium exposed. It was not
beared in mind, that in a territory in form of a circle beside of 5 ray exposed sections
there were of course 5 non ray exposed sections. The only purpose of this method was, to
keep the average values as low as possible. They also ignored, that on the hills around
the antenna in a distance of 3-9 km , there were places with stronger load (intensity) of
rays than in other settlements 750 m in front of the antennas. The higher load resulted by
the fact, that the hills were situated higher than 100-800 m than the base of the antenna
an jutted into the ray which was similar to a reflector. This phenomenom was strictly
denied by the physicists. Elder employies of the telecommunication company told against
it, there is not such a noise to be made, because this has been well-known since 30 years.
Other measurements than these of the author of this report which were able to confirm this
phenomenom have been prevented. What was not allowed to be, that did not exist.
Some time, during the tests, the scientists must have noticed, that they were exactly
moving in a circle with all their investigations, instead of setting course to the 5
emission-rays, and they asked for the emission times and the emission directions in form
of a map. This map is shown at page 37 of the main study and it is a grandious
falsification, it couldnīt have made more stupid than in this way. There non ray treated
regions at once were made to ray treated regions and the contrary. Low ray treated were
made to high ray treated. In addition to this, the emission times were put off etc.
Insiders hardly are not surprised, that in this way for the production of melatonin of the
pineal gland for human being and cows were chosen the wrong probands.
To protect the interests of the telecommunication companies of course those were the right
ones. So the stable, where they took the spittle of the cows was this one, which was most
protected against the electromagnetic fields, which could be found around the transmitter
in a radius of 2km.
For all those described cheapings, which are in the description above only the famous top
of the iceberg, the following disastrous situation was found:

psychic illness 4:1
cancer (all kinds summed up) 3:1
diabetes 2:1
Not imageable, what would have resulted, if the study would have be made without any
mistake! Moreover, only the living population was encluded. Causes of death and life
expentansy never were clarified. Compare the study on page 62 of the main study!
Science today only accepts troubled sleeps. For other studies, the number of probands was
too less, are their arguments. In that way, this is not possible! Prof. Dr.med
Frenzel-Beyme qualified this view as narrow-mindedness. It can be agreed to this,
especially because the author of the report knows very well, that the proposional numbers
were always the sames over 3 generations. Therefore, the credit for a study of mortality
35 years back will be demanded at the National Foundation.
Very important is the fact, that the view of illness above, appeared among the population,
which was exposed by field-strength of factor 7-10 times below the valid immission limit
for short wave transmitter. That means at E=0,4 – 4V/m an H = 1-10mA/m
Summary in relation to the coming mobiltelecommunikation
The limits in the field of EM-load in high-frequency are not suitable, useless and
careless. If there would be fixed a safety factor of 50, what ist usual among doctors and
engineers with sense of responsibility, the limits, which WHO, ICNIRP and BUWAL wants to
"sell" us, would be too high, in minimum with the factor 3500. A factor 10, how the
responsible BUWAL-official in charge himself just now is going to spread as plan, is
completely useless.
Around transmitter towers, by the author of this report, were taken measurements in a
distance of 50m still E-field limits of1V/m. Although we are here, with only 2,5% away
from the limit (at 0,9 GHz) in the middle of the space, where arised alarming health
damages. For all that, the transmitter installation of Schwarzenburg was situated 0,75
– 1,5 km away from residential settlements. In the contrary of this, they put the
antennas into the middle of these settlements. And with that the low wattage is
compensated.
We agree, that the radiation of antennas is another kind of radiation. But because it is
pulsed with Flankensteilheit of 50 micro seconds, it is much more toxical (percussion
drill-effect) than the short wave-field with ist relative soft audio frequency modulation.
Moreover, with the pulsation of 217Hz – 1,74Hz weīll come back to the short wave
technology, known as damaging pulsation in audio frequency field.
