A Clear Call
An absolutely superb overview of the Cellular Antenna siting controversy. I highly recommend taking the time to read this article. In a studied, non-inflamitory way, the author explores the current issues relevant to cellular siting: preemption of local control, regulating bodies, a survey of current biological studies.
